After manufacture, customized goods may be outside the ordinary distance-sale withdrawal right, but this does not remove defect or non-conformity remedies.       "text": "Delivery is within four working days from the date the order is submitted. Standard coverage extends north to Jbeil/Byblos, south to Saida/Sidon and into the mountains approximately to Sofar. Outside this zone, including Bekaa and remote locations, arrangements and actual additional charge are confirmed by phone before payment; USD 3–6 is an estimate, not a confirmed fee. The address and availability are confirmed with the customer. If delayed approval/payment or an exceptional delivery issue prevents the agreed timing, we contact the customer to agree the next step. Refusal for a defect or non-conformity is handled through the remedies described below. No automatic penalty applies.",
